The Simply Mobilizing Europe conference will be held in Kirkkonummi, Finland on May 10-12, 2024.
The conference aims to encourage and inspire all of us to act on God’s mission in Europe and around the world. Together we want to equip and network better across Europe.
LOCATION
Hvittorp is the Espoo Evangelical Lutheran church’s camp and course centre in the beautiful countryside by a lake in Kirkkonummi.
TO WHOM?
The conference is for European Christians involved in the Simply Mobilizing movement in Europe.
TRANSPORT
Commuter train from the airport (Helsinki-Vantaa to Masala) takes around 1h 30 min (https://www.hsl.fi/en) Car shuttle from Masala station to Hvittorp.
1. Buy required ticket from machine or download the HSL application
2.Buy required ticket: BCD zones (price 4,10€)
3.Take the I train and stay at Huopalahti station, then take the U train and stay at Masala station.
PRICE
Includes: meals, accommodation and the program

- 80€ Students & young people under 25 years
- 30€ Kids 3-14 years
- 70€ Price without accommodation (only for Finnish people)
- 50€ Price without accommodation (only for Finnish students )

Payment method is asked upon registration.

A cancellation fee of €50 will be charged if cancellation is made 2 weeks or less.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is on the Hvittorp premises in 2-3 bedded rooms. The rooms have a toilet and bathroom. Some of the beds are bunk beds. Sheets and towels includes the price.
